("Quarterhill") company (TSX: QTRH) (OTCQX: QTRHF), today announced that WiLAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Elpis Technologies Inc., has acquired an additional portfolio of patents from International Business Machines Corporation ("IBM"). The newly acquired patents relate to semiconductor manufacturing process technologies. All other terms of the agreement are confidential.
