Ryder (NYSE: R) announced its board authorized two new share repurchase plans effective October 9, 2025, through October 9, 2027.

• Discretionary plan: up to 2.0 million shares, replacing the largely completed 2024 discretionary plan.
• Anti-dilutive plan: up to 1.5 million shares to offset employee stock issuances since August 31, 2025, replacing the 2023 anti-dilutive plan that expired October 12, 2025.
