Adler has more than 20 years of cross-industry experience helping organizations navigate complex transformation programs, drive operational improvements, and deliver measurable results. Prior to co-founding Veracity, Adler held leadership roles within ICF’s digital consulting unit, where she served as both Principal and Director supporting complex transformation programs across government and commercial sectors.
