Dublin, California, February 3, 2023 – dd's DISCOUNTS^®, a division of Ross Stores, will open a new store in Merrillville on February 4, 2023.  The 22,000 square foot store is located in the Merrillville Plaza Shopping Center, at the northeast corner of East 81^st Avenue and Mississippi Street.
