Dublin, California, August 16, 2023 – Ross Dress for Less^® ("Ross") will open a new store in Noblesville on October 7, 2023.  The 24,000 square foot store is located in the Hamilton Town Center, at the northwest corner of Interstate 69 and Campus Parkway.
