Richards Group Inc. (TSX: RIC) announced on April 30, 2026 that its subsidiary Healthmark Services Ltd. will acquire the consumer packaged goods assets of PharmaSystems Inc. ("PSI CPG") effective May 1, 2026 for a purchase price of $13.5 million.
The purchase is financed by a $12.0 million draw on the revolving credit facility and a $1.5 million vendor holdback. The company says the acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings in 2026 and expands Healthmark into front-of-house pharmacy product offerings.
Richards Group Inc (OTC: RPKIF) announced a cash dividend of Cdn$0.11 per share for the month ended April 30, 2026. Shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2026 will receive payment on May 14, 2026.
