Formind brings AI applications, education and industry skills together through an international strategy for technology commercialization and local delivery

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: RYET) (“RYET” or the “Company”) today launched www.formind.group, the corporate website for Formind Group, its public-facing group identity. The launch presents Formind’s strategy to build an international business connecting AI applications, education and industry: developing practical technology, helping people acquire the skills to use it, and bringing both into global markets through institutional and commercial partnerships.

Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc. remains the listed legal entity, trading on Nasdaq under RYET. Any formal legal name or ticker change remains subject to required shareholder approvals and applicable corporate, Nasdaq and administrative processes.

The Company intends to serve institutions that need both new technology and the skills to use it. Its commercial approach combines software with training, implementation and continuing support.

“Our ambition for Formind is to build global bridges between technology, education and opportunity,” said Maggie Fu, Cofounder and Chief Executive Officer. “We believe AI, STEM, engineering and applied technology are changing what institutions can deliver and what people need to learn. We want Formind to help turn those advances into useful applications, new skills and international business opportunities, working with partners who can bring them into everyday use.”

AI Applications That Connect Learning with Work

RYET’s previously announced developments since its IPO show how the strategy is taking shape. HanLink offers Chinese language practice assisted by AI, together with tools for teachers. YeeZo brings content planning and production tools into supervised university learning; a contract covering 10 laboratories is intended to support that model at a larger institutional scale. Alongside these products, Smart Campus Services extends the Company’s work into daily campus operations. The Company believes this institutional experience can help it develop technology and services around practical customer needs.

Cogni AI extends the same practical approach into enterprise and infrastructure work. Its recently announced deployment for Ningxia highway engineering archives helps structure records and check information against source documents. Engineers work alongside the customer, with the aim of turning implementation experience into capabilities that can be adapted for other institutions and markets.

Formind aims to make these applications repeatable and economical to deliver. YeeZo is designed to reduce avoidable generation and rework through better production planning. Experience from Cogni AI implementations is intended to inform reusable processing methods. For international deployment, the Company plans to work with partners that understand local language, procurement, regulation and customer support.

Building Global Bridges of Education

Formind’s international strategy builds on RYET’s own education technology experience and institutional relationships in China. The Company intends to work with academic and industry partners to adapt relevant technology, teaching resources and technical knowledge for institutions in other markets.

Teachers and users need preparation, institutions need to fit technology into their courses and operations, and customers need continuing support. Formind intends to organize those services with local partners, with the aim of creating opportunities for licensing, training and longer-term institutional relationships.

The Saudi initiative shows how those relationships have developed. HanLink’s school pilot and university cooperation were followed by local commercialization through Link Door Smart Company, a separate company owned by RYET’s CEO and CTO. RYET’s regional headquarters through Soft Cloud Smart Technology Company, its Wadi Makkah cooperation framework and its collaboration with Intersect Holding are intended to support further opportunities in research, technology localization and vocational education.

The proposed Saudi automotive and new energy vehicle institute with Changan Anyi and Intersect extends that approach into industrial education. It envisages degree and vocational pathways linking technical study with practical training. Management sees potential to connect Chinese automotive expertise with education and AI applications for electric vehicles. New programs and projects would depend on partners, definitive agreements, funding and applicable approvals.

Malaysia and the United States provide further connections. Formind Global Holdings Sdn. Bhd., the Company’s Malaysian subsidiary, has entered into a City University Malaysia agreement covering student recruitment and support. In the United States, RYET announced a HanLink pilot with the Center on Chinese Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, supported by a Company grant, to evaluate AI-assisted learning. These initiatives reflect the Company’s aim to bring students, educators and technology into international programs adapted to each institution.

Looking Ahead

CEO Maggie Fu’s experience at Manhattan Associates and IgnitionOne, together with CTO Calvin Zhao’s work co-founding and developing SearchIgnite, brings U.S. software industry experience to the Company’s international strategy.

“Our aim is to make AI useful in the work a customer actually needs to do,” said Calvin Zhao (CTO). “That means combining models with software, domain knowledge and reliable delivery. We see that process as the foundation for taking our applications into further industries and international markets.”

Management intends to advance Formind through opportunities supported by customer demand and delivery experience, building international relationships around products and services that institutions can adopt, use and expand.

The longer-term ambition is a global business in which education and AI applications strengthen each other. The Company believes this approach could create opportunities for continuing software, training and support services across education and industry.

The new website brings that direction into one corporate destination, enabling investors, institutions and partners to explore Formind’s capabilities and follow its development.
