Recent Company History

Over the past six months, Star Bulk has focused on fleet expansion, capital returns, and operational transparency. An acquisition deal for 16 vessels worth $470.5 million and prior Q3–Q4 2025 results, including net income of $65.2M and declared dividends, reflect an active capital allocation strategy. TCE guidance and earnings dates provided visibility on operating performance.
