The acquired company generated revenues of approximately SEK 130 million (USD 12 million) in 2024. The acquisition is expected to have a limited impact on Sandvik's EBITA margin and earnings per share. Verisurf's integration into Sandvik's portfolio strengthens the company's position in digital manufacturing solutions.
