Champion Homes Announces Definitive Agreement to Acquire Iseman Homes, Inc.

TROY, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Champion Retail Housing, a subsidiary of Champion Homes, Inc. (NYSE: SKY) (together, “Champion” or the “Company”) today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Iseman Homes, Inc. and certain affiliated companies (“Iseman Homes”) including its 10 retail sales centers in the Dakotas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska and Wyoming. This acquisition enhances Champion’s ability to strengthen distribution from its nearby manufacturing facilities, furthering the Company’s commitment to integrated growth.

By aligning Iseman’s strong local presence with Champion’s captive retail best practices, the combined organization aims to deliver more seamless product integration and operational efficiencies.
