TROY, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Champion Homes, Inc. (NYSE: SKY) (“Champion Homes”) has been recognized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Best in American Living™ Awards (BALA) as a Gold Award Winner for its stunning chalet-inspired custom modular home, the Muncy.

Champion was selected for the Best Modular Home Design category in the building industry’s premier residential construction awards. The Muncy showcases the custom capabilities and beautiful aesthetics of modern modular construction for thoughtful homebuyers.

Nestled along a peaceful lake in Pennsylvania’s Endless Mountains, the Muncy has dramatic cathedral ceilings and gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the home with light. A set of patio doors leads to an oversized wraparound deck, providing outstanding forest views and offering a serene connection to nature.

With 1,370 square feet, one bedroom and two-and-a-half bathrooms, the Muncy has an open concept floorplan created for rest and retreat. The heart of the home is the luxurious kitchen with an oversized island, quartz waterfall countertops and custom light fixtures.

The chalet-inspired design continues in the tranquil loft space that overlooks the first floor. An elegant en-suite primary bathroom features LED-backlit mirrors, a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Additional custom design elements include a unique walk-in coat closet and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the home. A versatile unfinished basement makes the home ready for expansion and provides extra storage space.

The Muncy was manufactured at Champion Homes’s Liverpool, Pa., facility and built in collaboration with River Valley Builders in Muncy, Pa.

The BALA Gold Awards were presented on Feb. 18, 2026, at the NAHB International Builders’ Show in Orlando, Fla., the building industry’s premier event. The BALA, sponsored by SMEG, spotlights the most creative and innovative residential construction projects that redefine excellence for homes and communities around the world representing design, multifamily, offsite construction and remodeling.
