Prior to such expiry, Mr. Sprott beneficially owned and controlled 37,873,016 Shares and 5,555,556 Warrants representing approximately 14.1% of the outstanding Shares on a non-diluted basis and approximately 15.8% on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of such Warrants.
