International expansion marks the next phase in building a global marketplace for experiential private aviation.

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Volato Group, Inc. (NYSE American: SOAR) (the “Company”) today announced that Vaunt has successfully completed its first international member flight, marking the platform's expansion beyond the United States and establishing the foundation for future international growth.

The inaugural flight, completed on July 12, carried Vaunt members from Florida to The Bahamas through one of the platform's participating air carriers. The milestone demonstrates Vaunt's ability to support qualifying international flight opportunities while expanding the experiences available to members and the monetization opportunities available to operators.

Popular destinations throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, and other nearby international markets frequently generate private aviation activity. As participating operators make qualifying flights available, Vaunt expects members will gain access to an expanding portfolio of unique international travel experiences through the platform.

The milestone builds on Vaunt's strong commercial momentum announced earlier this month, including approximately $4.7 million in annual recurring revenue, record quarterly cash sales, and more than 2,700 paid members as of June 30, 2026.
