WILLIAMSBURG, Va., April 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sotherly Hotels Inc. (NASDAQ: SOHO) (the “Company”) today announced that, as approved by its board of directors, the Company is deferring payment of the dividends for its Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, and Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for the quarterly distribution period ended June 30, 2020.
