(the “Company”) announced in a May 2, 2022 release entitled “Execution of Share Transfer Agreement with Change to Subsidiaries (Divestiture of Select Overseas Studios & IP)” that the Company signed a share transfer agreement with Sweden-based Embracer Group AB.
