NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Silvia, Inc. (Nasdaq: SVIA) (the “Company”), formerly ProCap Financial, Inc., the first publicly traded agentic finance firm, today announced that since September 22, 2026 it repurchased an additional 5% of shares of its common stock. Since the start of its share buyback program, the Company has repurchased shares equal to approximately 20% of the shares outstanding at the inception of the program.

As of market close October 6, 2026, the number of outstanding shares was 78,665,076 after taking into account the settlement of all shares repurchased and the number of Bitcoin held was approximately 4,965.
