Beck brings more than twenty-five years of leadership in product management and brand marketing to this role. Before joining Stanley Black & Decker in March 2024, Beck was Chief Marketing Officer at Elevance Health, where he led the execution of a multiyear transition and streamlining go-to-market brand architecture to drive deeper product and brand focus for the organization. Prior to that role, Beck spent nearly a decade at Whirlpool Corporation, overseeing the organization's North American kitchen business and brand marketing. He also served as chair of the Whirlpool global brand council, leading the development and implementation of brand strategy for newly acquired international brands.
