Beck will be responsible for optimizing Stanley Black & Decker's strong portfolio of brands and products while advancing the strategic roadmap for the Tools & Outdoor business. He currently serves as General Manager and Chief Growth Officer, Tools & Outdoor and is responsible for driving market leadership, strategic growth and brand positioning for the company's global brands.
