SLAM Exploration (SXLXF) has appointed Jimmy Gravel President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, as Michael Taylor steps down from those roles. Taylor will remain Chairman of the Board and continue contributing to the company's strategic direction after nearly 30 years at its helm.
Gravel joined SLAM's board in February 2025 and became Vice-President in June 2025. His experience includes more than a decade of geological fieldwork and mineral project development across Canada. He is also Vice-President and Founder of 21Alpha Resources and President and Founder of NBGold.
Gravel outlined plans to accelerate project advancement, pursue discoveries across SLAM's gold and critical-mineral properties, and evaluate new opportunities. He identified Goodwin as remaining central to the company's critical-minerals strategy.
SLAM Exploration (SXLXF) reported new trenching results confirming antimony, gold and silver mineralization at the Skull zone within the Moose Lake project in New Brunswick.
Three grab samples from trenches SKT26-01 and SKT26-08 returned antimony values above the 1.00% detection limit. Additional grab samples from Skull trenches SKT26-03 and SKT26-04 assayed up to 1.965 g/t gold and 73.50 g/t silver, indicating a gold-silver zone alongside the antimony zone. The silicified breccia and quartz-vein system at Skull has been traced over 242 meters across eight trenches.
The Moose Lake antimony project, optioned in March 2026, includes the Moose Lake, Stewart and Skull showings and is contiguous with SLAM's wholly owned Slacks Lake claims, together covering 3,895 hectares. Parallel work continues at the 14,000-hectare Goodwin copper-nickel-cobalt project, where a 7,000-meter drill program is in progress.
SLAM Exploration (SXLXF) reported a 14.45 m core interval grading 1.60% copper equivalent (Cu-Eq) in diamond drill hole GW26-33 on the Goodwin copper-nickel-cobalt project. The mineralized zone starts at 33.15 m downhole and includes higher-grade sub-intervals of 3.48% CuEq over 1.9 m and 2.61% CuEq over 4.9 m, located below the Granges zone. The company is awaiting assays from hole GW26-36, which intersected a broad mineralized zone from 124.4 to 191.8 m, 2,000 m northwest of the Logan zone.
Trenching has begun on the Moose Lake gold-antimony project, exposing the Skull zone over 250 m with eight trenches and tracing the Moose Lake zone over 500 m, with assays pending on 14 initial samples. SLAM has resumed drilling at Goodwin after a scheduled two-week maintenance break, completing 2,754 m of drilling at Goodwin and 554 m at Jake Lee in 2026, and has received a C$60,000 provincial grant to support the Goodwin drill campaign.
SLAM Exploration (OTCQB:SXLXF, TSXV:SXL) reported a new sulphide discovery at its 100%-owned Goodwin copper-nickel-cobalt project in New Brunswick. Diamond drill hole GW26-36, located 2,000 m northwest of the Logan zone, intersected a 67.4 m core interval of sustained pyrrhotite-chalcopyrite mineralization from 124.4 m to 191.8 m, including multiple massive and semi-massive sulphide zones. Holes GW26-37 and GW26-38 also cut massive or netted-texture sulphide intervals, with GW26-38 the deepest hole to date at 338 m. All intervals are based on visual logging; assays and true widths are pending. The 7,000 m 2026 drill program is on a two-week break and is expected to resume next week. SLAM also received a $60,000 NBJMAP grant from the Province of New Brunswick to support the campaign and has submitted 992 core samples for multi-element analysis under QA/QC protocols.

The company has drilled 2,600 m in 12 holes (GW26-26 to GW26-38), about 37% of its 2026, 7,000 m program, all targeting VTEM plate anomalies along the Logan–Granges–Farquharson trend. New massive sulphide mineralization in hole GW26-36, from 124.4–191.8 m, lies about 2,000 m northwest of the Logan zone, extending mineral potential.
SLAM has collected 992 core samples with QA/QC controls and will release assays as received. The Province of New Brunswick awarded a $60,000 grant to support the 2026 drilling campaign on the 14,000-hectare Goodwin project within the Bathurst Mining Camp.
SLAM Exploration (OTC:SXLXF) reported drilling over 30.1 m of massive sulphide in hole GW26-29 on the Goodwin copper-nickel-cobalt project in New Brunswick. Four holes (GW26-26 to GW26-29) are complete in a 7,000 m program, with 174 core samples submitted for assay.
GW26-29 cut three massive sulphide intervals, including 26.1 m from 18.7–44.8 m, within mineralized gabbro. All holes targeted VTEM conductors from a January 2026 survey that outlined 432 anomalies and 24 modeled conductors. Assay results are pending.
SLAM Exploration (SXLXF) is using a new VTEM survey to refine targets on the Goodwin copper-nickel-cobalt project in New Brunswick and to plan a 7,000 meter diamond drilling program for 2026. Mobilization for this program is underway.
The survey outlined 432 anomalies and 24 modeled conductors at 30–320 m depth, interpreted as potential extensions of known mineralized zones. Goodwin covers 14,000 hectares in the Bathurst Mining Camp. Previous drilling at Logan, Granges and Farquharson returned intervals such as 64.90 m at 2.19% Cu-Eq, including 31.20 m at 3.84% Cu-Eq, plus local gold values.

Hole JL26-05 cut 18.1 m and 17.0 m mineralized intervals; 197 core and 39 trench samples were sent for assays. The company also signed a 7,000 m diamond drilling contract and is mobilizing the rig to its Goodwin copper-nickel-cobalt project.
SLAM Exploration (SXLXF) launched a 2026 diamond drilling campaign at the Jake Lee gold project and signed a 7,000-meter drilling contract on April 30, 2026. Drilling targets the No. 1 vein, testing beneath channel samples that graded up to 40.5 g/t Au and 63.3 g/t Ag. The company will test up to 500 m on the No. 1 vein before moving the rig. SLAM also closed initial TSXV-approved share issuance for the Moose Brook option and cancelled a previously announced warrant extension.
