PORTAGE, Mich., July 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Inari Medical, now part of Stryker (NYSE: SYK), a global leader in medical technologies, announced the launch of its next-generation InThrill Thrombectomy System, the first and only purpose-built small vessel and arteriovenous (AV) access thrombectomy system that can deliver fast, full luminal clot removal.

The second generation InThrill Thrombectomy System is an 8 French over-the-wire system comprising the InThrill thrombectomy catheter and the InThrill sheath. InThrill is built upon a familiar platform, optimized to become the standard for AV access and small vessel thrombectomy. Offering unmatched efficiency and clot removal, InThrill has distinctive features which include:

  • Increased radial force for improved luminal wall apposition for optimized clot removal
  • Offset single open mouth to optimize clot capture and removal
  • Internal struts for even clot distribution within the element
  • Redesigned backend to streamline ergonomics and improve the user experience.

The InThrill Thrombectomy System is intended for use in the peripheral vasculature. The InThrill Thrombectomy System is not intended for use in deep vein thrombosis (DVT) treatment.
