This list was derived by surveying more than 18,000 people across the United States who reported having an insurance policy within the last three years. Survey respondents were asked how satisfied they were with their insurer, how loyal they felt toward the company and how likely they were to recommend it to others. Participants were also asked to rate their insurance providers on the advice agents offered, customer service, cost, company transparency, digital services and damage services.
