"management estimates the Company’s net asset value (“NAV”) as of June 30, 2026"
Net asset value (NAV) is the total value of all the investments and assets in a fund or company, minus any debts or liabilities, divided by the number of shares or units outstanding. It represents the per-share worth, giving investors an idea of what each share is truly worth based on the underlying assets. Think of it like a company's total worth divided among its shares, helping investors assess whether a share is fairly priced.
View in glossary
fully diluted basis financial
"on a fully diluted basis (assuming the conversion of all outstanding"
A fully diluted basis counts every share that could exist if all outstanding options, warrants, convertible securities and other rights were exercised or converted into common stock, showing the maximum number of shares outstanding. For investors this matters because it spreads ownership and earnings across that larger share count, like slicing a pie into every possible piece before deciding how big each investor’s slice will be, which affects per-share value and ownership percentage.
charter free vessel value estimates technical
"June 30, 2026, charter free vessel value estimates from third party"
An estimate of how much a ship would be worth on the open market if it were not tied to any time or voyage charters, essentially valuing the vessel itself rather than its contracted future earnings. This matters to investors because charters can lock in cash flow or limit immediate resale value, so a charter-free estimate shows the asset’s standalone sale price — like valuing a rental car as if it were not currently leased to a customer.
