form 4 regulatory
Form 4 is a official document that company insiders, such as executives or major shareholders, file with regulators whenever they buy or sell company shares. It provides transparency about how those with inside knowledge are trading, helping investors see if insiders are confident in the company's prospects or may be selling for personal reasons. This information can influence investor decisions by revealing insiders' perspectives on the company's value.

schedule 13g/a regulatory
A Schedule 13G/A is an amended public filing with the U.S. securities regulator that updates a previous Schedule 13G, disclosing when an individual or group holds a substantial (typically over 5%) stake in a company and is claiming a passive, non‑controlling intent. Investors monitor these updates because rising or falling holdings can signal changing confidence, potential future moves, or shifts in voting power — like watching a public ledger where large shareholders quietly adjust their positions.
def 14a regulatory
A Form 14A is a document that companies send to shareholders before important meetings, such as votes on company decisions. It provides detailed information about the topics to be discussed or voted on, helping shareholders make informed choices. This form is essential because it ensures transparency and allows investors to understand what they are approving or rejecting.
10-k regulatory
A 10-K is a comprehensive annual report a public company files with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that summarizes its business, financial results, risks, legal issues, and management discussion. Investors use it like a company’s detailed yearly report card and instruction manual — it helps reveal how the company makes money, where it might face trouble, and the underlying numbers that support valuation and investment decisions.

beneficial ownership regulatory
Beneficial ownership means the person or entity that actually enjoys the benefits of owning shares or other assets — such as receiving dividends, voting rights, or price gains — even if the legal title is held in another name. For investors it matters because knowing who truly controls and profits from a company reveals who can influence decisions, exposes potential conflicts of interest or hidden concentration of power, and affects transparency and risk in the stock.

non-binding advisory vote regulatory
A non-binding advisory vote is a shareholder vote that expresses investors’ opinion on a proposal (such as executive pay, corporate policy, or governance practices) but does not legally force the company to act. Think of it like a customer survey: it signals whether owners approve or disapprove and can pressure boards and managers to change course, so investors watch the result as an indicator of governance risk and potential future shifts in company strategy or leadership.
omnichannel technical
A coordinated approach to selling and serving customers across all touchpoints—stores, websites, mobile apps, social media, and call centers—so the experience feels like one continuous conversation no matter where a customer interacts. For investors, omnichannel capability signals how well a company can attract and keep customers, turn interactions into sales, and use shared customer data to cut costs and boost revenue—making it a key driver of growth and competitive strength.
esg technical
ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance, which are key factors investors consider when evaluating how sustainable and responsible a company is. It involves assessing how a company manages its impact on the environment, treats its employees and communities, and operates transparently and ethically. Investors use ESG criteria to identify businesses that align with their values and have the potential for long-term success.

Winner to receive $250 Tractor Supply gift card and $1,000 Tractor Supply gift card for their FFA chapter

BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ: TSCO), the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the United States, announced today the launch of an FFA-exclusive contest to design Tractor Supply’s official 2026 Harvest Fest tote bag. Open to all current FFA members, the winning design will be showcased across the country during Harvest Fest, Tractor Supply’s nationwide farmers market event taking place on August 29.

“Supporting the next generation is what Life Out Here is all about, and we’re honored to team up with the National FFA Organization to give students a chance to share their creativity and show what inspires them,” said Kimberley Gardiner, Chief Marketing Officer at Tractor Supply Company. “FFA chapters are filled with talented young leaders who represent the values we admire so much in our communities. Whether you love to create or simply want to represent your chapter with heart, we can’t wait to see what FFA members dream up.”

In addition to having their design featured on Tractor Supply’s official Harvest Fest tote bag, the winner will receive a $250 Tractor Supply gift card and a $1,000 Tractor Supply gift card for their FFA chapter to use toward funding future projects or their presence at the annual National FFA Convention & Expo. Second- and third-place winners will each receive a $50 Tractor Supply gift card.

“Our partnership with FFA is rooted in our shared mission of helping the next generation build the confidence and skills to succeed, whether that’s a greenhouse supported by our Grants for Growing fundraiser or a creative challenge like the Harvest Fest tote bag design competition,” said Joe Fell, Tractor Supply Vice President – Merchandise Presentation, Promotions and Events and a member of the FFA Sponsor Board. “We want to provide students with both the tools and the stage to showcase their excellence, which is why we’re excited to not only feature the winner’s design nationwide, but pave their chapter’s way toward even more educational opportunities.”

Design Theme

FFA members are called to submit a bold, eye-catching bag design that captures Harvest Fest, Tractor Supply’s nationwide farmers market event, and Life Out Here, or way of living defined by hard work, community spirit, and appreciation for land and animals.

Criteria

Submissions should capture the design theme and will be judged on:

  • Clear communication of “Life Out Here” and Harvest Fest
  • Creativity and originality of work
  • Visual impact and whether the design stands out on a tote bag
  • Artistic quality through the skillful use of color, composition and overall design
  • Suitability for print, meaning the design is readable and scalable

Beginning today through April 15, FFA members can submit their designs at tractorsupply.com/sweepstakes. The top three designs will be selected by April 20, with the overall winner to be announced in the lead up to Harvest Fest in August.

Tractor Supply has been a proud partner of FFA since 1985, donating nearly $24 million through various initiatives to support FFA’s work preparing members for leadership and careers in the science, business and technology of agriculture.
