Tyler Technologies Announces C-Suite Leadership Changes
Executive changes reflect Tyler’s commitment to continuous growth

Chief Marketing Officer Samantha Crosby has announced her intention to retire in June 2025.

Abby Diaz, Tyler’s current chief legal officer, has been elevated to the newly created position of chief administrative officer. In this expanded role, Diaz will continue to oversee Tyler’s legal team and adds responsibility for Internal Audit, Data Privacy, Corporate Governance and Responsibility, as well as Corporate Communications. This transition strengthens alignment across these critical functions, supporting Tyler’s long-term growth and enabling an integrated approach to governance, compliance, and communications. Diaz will remain as Tyler’s corporate secretary.
