The selection process involved analyzing publicly available data, in-depth interviews with human resources professionals, and surveying more than 113,000 parents employed by companies with more than 500 employees in 2023 and more than 1,000 employees in 2022.

Parents were able to provide insights into their company’s culture, working conditions, and benefits. Having over 693,000 company reviews collected, this study represents one of the largest independent assessments of employee experiences in the United States.
