Key Terms

stibnite, inferred reserve, qualified person, froth flotation, +1 more
5 terms
stibnite technical
"Historical reports indicate that stibnite was intimately associated with gold mineralization"
Stibnite is a naturally occurring mineral made of antimony and sulfur (chemical formula Sb2S3) and is the main ore from which the metal antimony is extracted. It matters to investors because antimony is a raw material used in flame retardants, batteries, alloys and some electronic components, so discoveries, mining output or supply disruptions of stibnite can influence commodity prices and the prospects of mining and manufacturing companies — like finding a concentrated vein of a useful metal.
inferred reserve technical
"reports an inferred reserve of 42,412 tons grading 28% Sb"
An inferred reserve is an estimate of how much of a mineral or resource might be present based on limited sampling and indirect evidence, carrying the highest level of uncertainty in standard reporting frameworks. Think of it like a rough sketch rather than a finished blueprint: it signals potential value but lacks the detailed data needed to prove economic recoverability, so it affects how much confidence investors can place in a company’s stated resource base.
qualified person regulatory
"A technical report by Qualified Person, Tom Bundtzen"
A qualified person is someone with specialized knowledge, experience, and training in a particular field, allowing them to accurately assess and verify information or work. Their expertise helps ensure that reports, evaluations, or decisions are trustworthy and meet required standards. For investors, a qualified person provides confidence that the information they rely on is credible and properly validated.
froth flotation technical
"this ore can be upgraded by froth flotation"
A mineral separation technique that uses water, chemicals and rising bubbles to lift valuable particles away from waste rock so they can be collected — imagine oil droplets sticking to soap bubbles and floating to the surface while dirt sinks. It matters to investors because how well a plant recovers metals affects the amount of saleable product, operating costs, capital spending and environmental handling, all of which influence a mine’s profitability and the future supply of the commodity.
assay data technical
"providing speedy turnaround of assay data to determine the grade"
Assay data are the measured results from laboratory tests that show how much of a substance is present or how a drug or biological sample behaves in controlled tests. For investors, these results act like a product report card: they reveal whether a treatment is active, pure, stable, or consistent enough for further development and regulatory approval, which directly affects a company’s value and the risks of its programs.

"The Critical Minerals and ZEO Company"

~ Antimony, Gold, Tungsten, and Zeolite ~

DALLAS, TX / ACCESS Newswire / August 5, 2026 / United States Antimony Corporation ("USAC," "US Antimony," or the "Company"), (NYSE:UAMY)(NYSE Texas:UAMY), a leading producer and processor of antimony, zeolite, and other critical minerals, and the only fully integrated antimony company in the world outside of China and Russia, announced today a company wide update on its mining activities located in Alaska, Montana, and Canada.

ALASKA

Active Alaska mining operations include:

  • Ester Dome - an exploration stage project for antimony consisting of four individual claim blocks acquired in 2025 covering over 9,000 acres and located 7 miles from the Fairbanks airport;

  • Stibnite Creek - 24 state mining claims were completed in an acquisition in October 2024 covering 3,840 acres. Located 160 miles southeast of Fairbanks;

  • Maclaren River Area Properties - four properties acquired by claim staking in May 2024 (69 claims in total). These claims occur on the south flank of the Alaska Range, approximately 200 miles south of Fairbanks.

  • True North Claims - State mining claims staked by the Company in 2026, located 8 miles north of the Fox Logistics Center (Fairbanks) consisting of 23 state mining claims (1,349 acres);

  • Dome Creek Placer - 145 acres of patented mining claims located 7 miles north of Fox Logistics Center; and

  • Nolan Creek - known gold/antimony deposit acquired in Trustee's sale.

Ester Dome Project

Ester Dome is an antimony exploration project area consisting of four property claim groups that aggregate greater than 9,000 acres. The center of the property is 7 miles from the Fairbanks airport. The basis of the exploration program is to evaluate the source of high antimony in soil, rock and drill holes reported by earlier gold exploration programs. The historical soil samples (more than 12,000 samples in the database) indicate high antimony content localized in 15 areas within the claims. Government geological reports published between 1910 and 1933 disclose that stibnite was encountered in several of the underground gold mines but was ignored or discarded due to low economic conditions for antimony, except during World War I and World War II.

Exploration of the Ester Dome property began when all permits were received September 22, 2025. Historical reports indicate that stibnite was intimately associated with gold mineralization in faults and veins. Accordingly, exploration is currently being conducted with an air track (A-T) drill and by trenching with an excavator to search for high-grade stibnite associated with antimony anomalies in the soils near historically productive quartz-gold vein systems and gravity anomalies previously identified during the 2025 exploration work program. The Company to-date has only investigated three of 15 target areas identified. USAC has a drilling program planned for up to 50 holes to be drilled beginning this summer. This area of Ester Dome has a history of high grade gold production dating back over 100 years.

Nolan Creek (Antimony & Gold)

The company acquired the Nolan Creek property through a Trustee's Sale in a public auction on January 30, 2026. The property was previously owned by a private company who conducted exploration and mining of both placer and lode targets from surface and from an underground operation more than twenty years ago. An adit, collared near the bottom of a hillside connects to the antimony/gold vein structures via horizontal headings sufficiently large to provide access for modern mobile underground equipment. A technical report by Qualified Person, Tom Bundtzen, filed with Canadian Securities Regulators, and available to the public, reports an inferred reserve of 42,412 tons grading 28% Sb and 0.408 ounces Au per ton. That yields a gross per ton value of $8900 (at $4000/ounce gold and $13/pound antimony) and total gross value (without deducting mining, processing or transportation costs) of $377 million.

During the past week the company hosted pre-bid underground site inspection tours by two internationally recognized mining contractors in preparation for their submission of tenders in mid-August, for underground development and mining of this high grade material. The raw ore would be trucked to our Radersburg Mill for gravity and flotation recovery of both the antimony and the gold. Mining operations are planned to begin late this year.

MONTANA

Montana Stibnite Hill (Antimony)

The Stibnite Hill operation was initiated after acquisitions of the patented Eliza claim and BLM administered in October and November 2025, and at that time provided 50 truckloads (approximately 800 tons) of ore averaging 10% Sb (antimony) which were trucked to the mill that was recently acquired earlier this year by USAC (the "Radersburg Mill"}. Metallurgical test work indicates that this ore can be upgraded by froth flotation with the "top cut" meeting the high quality specifications for primers for ammunition while the balance will provide smelter feed to produce antimony metal ingots meeting the quality specifications required under our contract with the Defense Logistics Agency ("DLA"). After review by the Montana DEQ this past winter, USAC was requested to implement additional safeguard procedures at the excavation site, to control possible contamination of surrounding soils. The safeguard program has been approved and the excavation and trucking of the material to Radersburg resumed in late July with another 300 tons delivered to Radersburg to-date in 2026. A program of continual exploration and mining will continue until winter freeze up expected sometime in November.

CANADA

Fostung Deposit in Ontario (Tungsten)

The company has invited qualified bidders, including First Nation corporations, to submit proposals, with pricing, for the clearing, grubbing, earth excavation and cleaning to bedrock, percussion drilling and blasting of a readily accessible portion of the Fostung Deposit. All drill cuttings will be sampled and sent to the company's Radersburg, Montana laboratory for analysis, providing speedy turnaround of assay data to determine the grade of this bulk sample.

The follow-up phase of this planned work will be the on-site crushing and screening of the material and initial upgrading using gravity or ultra-violet methods, providing a bulk sample of at least 20,000 tons for further beneficiation and sale. Metallurgical testing, including gravity and flotation studies continue at Lakefield Research in Lakefield, Ontario and at the company's laboratory located in Radersburg.

Management Comments

Commenting on these USAC owned mining properties, Mr. Joseph Bardswich, P.E., Executive Vice President and Chief Mining Engineer, stated: "All of these regions began initial operations either last year or earlier this year subsequent to their acquisition. Because of their physical location, weather has always been a factor. However, progress has been made on all three regions where we are now or soon will be, moving critical mineral material to either our own processing centers or contracted third parties. The speed of this process is quite unusual in the mining sector. From evaluation, acquisition, permitting, contracting equipment, hiring personnel, establishing a base of operations, and including actual mining of critical mineral material are accomplishments that we are all very proud of achieving in such a short period of time, especially in these remote regions. Our field operating teams have accomplished these successes with only a $2.8 Million capital expenditure spend through June 30, 2026. While the Company is continuing to use 100% of its sourced antimony material procured from foreign sources, 2026 will be the first time we begin actually utilizing our own mined antimony ore to fulfill the contracted needs of our customers. Company mined antimony provides assurance as to composition, and supply, simpler logistics and a lower cost that allows for overall improved margins. There are certain companies publicizing their antimony mining plans by sometime in year 2029, in an effort to support demand from our U.S. military. USAC has been delivering these military grade ingots since June of this year in increasing monthly amounts."
