Unit Corporation Announces Payment and Record Dates for First Quarter Cash Dividend

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Unit Corporation (OTCQX: UNTC) (Company) announced today that a quarterly cash dividend of $1.25 per share of common stock for the first quarter of 2026 will be paid on March 27, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 17, 2026. The quarterly cash dividend will be funded by cash on the Company’s balance sheet.
