Unit Corporation (OTCQX: UNTC) (Company) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $2.50 per share of common stock for the second quarter of 2023. The dividend will be paid on June 26, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 16, 2023. The quarterly cash dividend will be funded by cash on the Company’s balance sheet.
