Students will be progressively introduced to the features of the myKaarma platform as they advance through their courses.
By the program's capstone course, students will use myKaarma across a more complete service lane workflow, conducting full multi-point inspections, developing expanded repair recommendations, and preparing detailed parts and labor estimates. They will also begin using Invisible Service Videos to document vehicle conditions and communicate recommended services to customers.
