Previously announced in September, the gatherings preceding and following the Company’s Annual Meeting are built to showcase VENU’s milestones, expanding portfolio, and bold vision for the disruptive future of live entertainment.

Pre-meeting events kick off at 12:30 PM MDT with a welcome and vision setting lunch followed by a tour of VENU’s Ford Amphitheater, nominated by Pollstar as Best New Concert Venue in 2024. The Annual Meeting will begin at 4:00 PM MDT with The Marshall Tucker Band following the conclusion of the meeting.

Shareholders of record at the close of business on September 3, 2025, will have the right to participate at the Annual Meeting.
