Keysight Technologies (NYSE: KEYS) has secured U.S. antitrust clearance for its acquisition of Spirent Communications through a consent decree with the Department of Justice. Metanoia's JURA O-RU, a 4T4R 24dbm 5G FR1 radio unit for sub-6 GHz bands, underwent comprehensive testing using reference O-CU and O-DU components. The VALOR RF chamber, developed with ETS-Lindgren, offers Test-as-a-Service for Massive MIMO and beamforming OTA validation, supporting up to 16 parallel spatial layers. VALOR provides access to over 500 test cases compliant with various specifications and is authorized by the Telecom Infra Project (TIP) for system performance certification. The lab serves AI-RAN Alliance members and customers referred by AT&T and Verizon's ACCoRD.
