Partnership includes multiple programs, with a defined path to high-rate domestic production

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Anduril Industries and Voyager Technologies (NYSE: VOYG) announced a strategic partnership to accelerate the development, testing, qualification and production of critical technologies for advanced U.S. weapon systems and missile defense.

Anduril and Voyager are already collaborating across multiple strategic weapons programs, including some of the Department of War’s highest priority initiatives. To date, Voyager is contracted to supply more than $60 million of critical technologies to Anduril in support of those programs, including solid rocket motors, divert and attitude control systems, and other advanced capabilities. This partnership formalizes the relationship between the two companies, establishing a robust shared pipeline of additional programs for both companies to pursue together.

This partnership places a shared focus on manufacturing as programs progress toward long-term, high-rate production. Anduril and Voyager are leveraging a combined billions worth of investments in testing and production infrastructure to deliver systems at scale.

Scaled operations in Southern California place Anduril and Voyager’s engineering and development teams in close proximity, enabling faster design, integration, prototyping and iteration across advanced weapon systems. Construction is underway on Anduril’s 1.18 million square ft campus in Long Beach, California, adding to its research, development, and manufacturing capacity in the state. The new facilities are on track to open in 2027, building on operational production lines already delivering capabilities at its Arsenal-1 in Columbus, Ohio. Voyager's American Defense Complex in Pueblo, Colorado is being developed to extend that model through advanced design, testing, qualification and high-rate production, shortening the transition from development into production and, when fully scaled, supporting production rates of approximately 15,000 to 20,000 propulsion systems per month across its portfolio.
