Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Its 2027 plan targets approximately double annual revenue and a path to profitability. Management expects margins to improve as contracted services activate, utilization increases and delivery costs are managed. How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Dear Shareholders,

The past six months have been transformative for VSee Health. While we are all disappointed with the NASDAQ delisting , we took this opportunity to concentrate our efforts around the growth of iDoc, our hospital-focused telehealth business. That sharper focus lets our team devote its time and resources to expanding hospital relationships, activating services and building a more efficient operating company. There are some significant opportunities M&A activities that align with the company's platform and services

The progress is tangible. We previously reported our growth into 58 hospitals. We are in te initial stages Revenue from continuing operations grew in the first half of 2026 compared with the same period last year. These relationships give us a much larger base from which to build as services are deployed and utilization grows.

Our 2027 plan targets approximately double our annual revenue and a clear path to profitability. We expect margins to improve as more contracted services become active, utilization increases, delivery costs are managed and a larger revenue base, Improvement in operational efficiencies will only further drive the goal of increasing shareholder growth over the next 12 months.

We are also working to move VSee Health to the OTCQB market, an important step in improving our public market profile as we execute the operating plan. Beyond that, we intend to position the company to seek reinstatement on NASDQ or NYSE when we meet the applicable listing requirements and the board determines the timing is right. At the same time, management is actively evaluating all available avenues to maximize shareholder value, including M&A opportunities,, strategic partnerships, financing alternatives and other corporate transactions. We will assess each opportunity on its ability to support iDoc's growth and deliver value to shareholders.
