(Nasdaq: VWAV) (“VisionWave” or the “Company”), an autonomous systems and sensing technology company, today announced the release of its September 2026 corporate overview, outlining the Company’s strategy to build an integrated ecosystem of autonomous platforms, sensing technologies and artificial intelligence across defense, homeland security and commercial markets.

The corporate overview, furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on September 8, 2026 under Item 7.01 (and therefore not deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended), presents VisionWave’s technology ecosystem around three interconnected layers: Platforms, Payloads and Intelligence.
