The 2.45% Notes due 2022, with an outstanding principal amount of $793,983,000, and the 5.15% Notes due 2023, totaling $3,190,096,000, will be redeemed. The redemption price for each will depend on the calculated present values of future payments or the principal amount, plus accrued interest.
