Sentiment and the balance of points
Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. Cayetano Gea-Carrasco brings extensive AI, data, and analytics experience

Cayetano Gea-Carrasco will join Wells Fargo as the head of AI and Data for Consumer Banking and Lending.
Gea-Carrasco will oversee the full lifecycle of AI use cases, simplify the data environment, and accelerate responsible delivery of AI for Consumer Banking and Lending. He also will partner with the Enterprise AI team to scale solutions across the company.
“Customers do not think about channels. They expect us to know them, make banking easier, and be there when they need us,” said Van Beurden. “Cayetano understands how strong data and disciplined execution turn AI into better customer experiences. His track record will help us move faster while keeping safety and sound risk management front and center.”
Gea-Carrasco joins Wells Fargo from BBVA, where he led enterprise AI transformation and its global data and analytics organization. He previously spent 15 years at Moody’s in senior roles spanning software data and analytics. He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and graduate degrees in financial mathematics and telecommunications engineering.
“Wells Fargo’s scale and depth of customer relationships create a powerful opportunity to put AI to work,” Gea-Carrasco said. “I’m joining to make everyday banking simpler for our customers and deliver measurable business outcomes, with the controls and accountability our customers expect.”
