W. R. Berkley Corporation (NYSE: WRB) (the “Company”) announced today that it priced an offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 3.550% Senior Notes due 2052 (the “Notes”). The offering is expected to close on March 16, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
