In this role, Miller will lead MSE's next phase of transformation—driving profitable growth, enterprise-wide operational excellence, and financial strategy—while accelerating the company's future value creation initiatives and systems improvements across its business platform.

As MSE's Chief Financial Officer, Miller will report directly to Ted Leonsis, Founder, Chairman, Managing Partner, and CEO of MSE. He will lead the company's finance organization, which includes corporate real estate, controllership, enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury functions and will assist on MSE's corporate development efforts.
