WeRide (HKEX:0800.HK; NASDAQ:WRD) completed a Hong Kong primary listing on 6 November 2025, becoming the world's first robotaxi company publicly traded in both Hong Kong and the US with a dual primary listing.

The company issued 88.25 million shares (pre‑greenshoe) at an offer price of HKD 27.1 and raised approximately HKD 2.39 billion (pre‑greenshoe). Founder Dr. Tony Han committed to a three‑year lock‑up on his shares.

WeRide (NASDAQ: WRD) announced that its one-stage end-to-end ADAS solution, co-developed with Bosch, has reached SOP (Start of Production) on Nov 5, 2025. The program moved from project launch to SOP in seven months, cited as an industry record for speed to production. WeRide's WePilot 3.0 leverages a one-stage large-model architecture, multi-modal sensor fusion, pure-vision perception, and scalable software-hardware integration to support high-, mid- and low-compute platforms.

The solution is slated for rollout with the annual refresh of Chery EXEED ES and ET models, and existing EXEED Sterra ES and ET owners will receive upgrades via OTA. The offering comprises an International Offering and a Hong Kong Public Offering and includes an over-allotment option for up to 13,237,500 additional Offer Shares.

Assuming no over-allotment, gross proceeds are expected to be HK$2,391.6 million (or HK$2,750.3 million if the over-allotment is fully exercised). The Class A ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board under stock code 0800 on or about November 6, 2025. Net proceeds are intended for R&D of autonomous driving, L4 fleet commercialization/operation, product quality, business expansion, marketing and general corporate purposes.

The service runs on dedicated routes between Roshn Front and Princess Noura University, is endorsed by the Transport General Authority (TGA), and initially includes a vehicle operator with a future transition to fully driverless operations.
