(NASDAQ: XWIN, the “Company” or “XMax”) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, XMax AI Inc., has entered into an API Model Procurement Agreement (the “Agreement”) to provide its customers access to XMax’s artificial intelligence models through API-based (Application Programming Interface) services. The total price of the agreement is approximately $4.8 million, with monthly payments of $400,000 to XMax AI, Inc. The actual pricing may vary depending on the customer’s usage of AI model services.
