(Nasdaq: YYAI) (the “Company”) announces that, as previously approved by the stockholders of the Company, it will implement a 1-for-50 reverse stock split of its outstanding shares of common stock (the “Reverse Split”), effective at the opening of trading on October 27, 2025.
This corporate action follows approval by the Board of Directors and the Company’s stockholders on July 3, 2025, to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to implement a reverse stock split with a ratio of between 1-for-5 and 1-for-50. Following the Reverse Split, every 50 shares of issued and outstanding common stock will automatically be combined and converted into one share.
