Insights
ZenaTech expands Sharjah capacity by 15,000 sq. ft., boosting manufacturing, R&D and DaaS capacity to scale drone production.
ZenaTech increases its Sharjah footprint by 15,000 sq. ft. on top of an existing 10,000 sq. ft., creating 12,000 sq. ft. for manufacturing and R&D and 3,000 sq. ft. for Drone as a Service operations. The company is commissioning modular assembly lines for structural fabrication, electronics integration, calibration, quality control, and final flight testing for the ZenaDrone 1000 and IQ series, and plans to add 15 to 20 skilled local employees.
The business mechanism is straightforward: more floor space and dedicated lines allow higher unit throughput, parallel R&D work, and integrated DaaS support, which should shorten production lead times and increase fleet availability for commercial and defense customers. Key dependencies and risks include successful commissioning of the modular lines, hiring and training the planned workforce, and operational ramp timing; these items determine whether nominal capacity converts into deliverable output.
Concrete items to watch are the completion and commissioning milestones for the assembly lines, the hiring progress of the additional 15–20 staff over the coming months, and any disclosed production or DaaS volume targets or timelines; expect relevant updates within the next several months from
