Company Description
Climate Global - Climate Resilient REIT Index ETF is an exchange-traded fund that seeks exposure to U.S.-listed equity real estate investment trusts selected through a climate-resilience index methodology. The fund trades under the ticker CLIM on NYSE Arca and was introduced in conjunction with Climate Global and Exchange Traded Concepts.
The fund is built around the Climate-Resilient REIT Index concept. That index evaluates U.S.-listed equity REITs using Climate Global's proprietary Climate Robustness and Durability Score, a rules-based scoring approach focused on durability profiles across climate-related and extreme-weather perils. The ETF structure gives the strategy a listed, exchange-traded wrapper rather than direct ownership of individual real estate assets.
Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC serves as the investment adviser to the fund. Exchange Traded Concepts is an independent investment adviser that provides white-label ETF services, portfolio management, fund marketing, and consulting for ETF sponsors and strategy providers. Foreside Fund Services, LLC distributes the fund and is not affiliated with Climate Global, Exchange Traded Concepts, or their affiliates.
