Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
As previously disclosed, in connection with her voluntary retirement, Pamela R. Schneider, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ACCO Brands Corporation (the “Company”) agreed to continue to serve in her role until her successor was appointed. On June 27, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company accepted Ms. Schneider’s resignation effective August 4, 2025, and appointed Kathryn D. Ingraham as the Company’s next Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Following Ms. Ingraham’s appointment, Ms. Schneider will remain employed by the Company to facilitate a smooth transition until September 30, 2025.
