Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 24, 2025, ADT Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Common Stock Dividends
In the press release issued on July 24, 2025, the Company also announced a dividend of $0.055 per share to holders of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share (“Common Stock”) and Class B common stock of record on September 11, 2025. The dividend will be paid on October 2, 2025.
