São Paulo, Brazil, May 5, 2026 – Agi Inc. (NYSE: AGBK) (“Agi”), technology-powered provider of specialized financial services in Brazil, today released its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. The financial statements and earnings presentation are available on the Company’s Investor Relations website at investors.agiinc.com along with details of the earnings conference call to be held today at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (6:00 p.m. Brasilia time).
