(the “Company”) informed the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) of her intention to retire from her position, effective upon the appointment of her successor, which is expected to occur by or before the end of the fourth quarter of 2025. Ms. Wallach’s decision to retire is not the result of any disagreement regarding any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
