(the “Company”) on November 14, 2025 (the “Original Form 8-K”) to furnish a copy of a press release announcing its planned acquisition of three series: Tuttle Twins, Homestead, and The Wingfeather Saga (the “Exhibit”). The Company is furnishing this Form 8-K/A to include a revised press release clarifying the status of the transactions and correcting the description of the purchase consideration to be paid upon closing. No other changes to the Original Form 8-K have been made.
