The company describes its pipeline as covering two key therapeutic areas: precision RAS pathway-targeted therapies, including oral pan-RAS(ON) inhibitor AN9025 and CEACAM5-targeting ADC AN4035; and next-generation PD-1/L1 pathway-modulating immunotherapies, including AN8025, a fusion protein that modulates T cells and antigen-presenting cells.

Therapeutic areas 2 Areas covered by Adlai Nortye's pipeline
clinical-stage medical
"a global clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company"
Clinical-stage describes a drug, therapy, or company whose product is being tested in human trials but has not yet received regulatory approval. For investors, it signals that the project has moved beyond lab work into real-world testing—meaning higher potential reward if trials succeed but also clear risks from trial setbacks, costs, and regulatory delay; think of it like a prototype car on public road tests that could either prove its value or reveal problems that stop it from reaching production.
pan-RAS(ON) inhibitor medical
"the oral pan-RAS(ON) inhibitor AN9025"
A pan-RAS inhibitor is a drug designed to block the activity of the RAS family of proteins, which act like on/off switches controlling cell growth and survival. By targeting multiple RAS isoforms or mutation types at once, these medicines aim to stop signals that drive many cancers, so their trial results and approval potential can affect biotech valuations and the outlook for cancer-treatment pipelines much like a single key that can lock several similar doors at once.
ADC medical
"the CEACAM5-targeting ADC AN4035"
An antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) is a targeted cancer medicine that pairs an antibody that recognizes specific markers on tumor cells with a potent cell-killing drug, connected so the toxic payload is delivered directly to the cancer. For investors, ADCs matter because successful ADCs can improve patient outcomes and reduce side effects compared with traditional chemotherapy, shaping clinical trial success, regulatory approval chances, commercial demand, and a company’s valuation much like a guided missile versus a general bomb.
RASiCA™ (RAS Inhibitor Conjugated Antibody) platform technical
"the Company’s proprietary RASiCA™ (RAS Inhibitor Conjugated Antibody) platform"
antigen-presenting cells medical
"simultaneously modulates T cells and antigen-presenting cells"
