Here are the 10-K annual reports from Aprea Therapeutics, Inc. (APRE) in our archive since June 2025, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A 10-K covers the audited annual report, with the full financial statements, so if you follow APRE and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full APRE filings page.
Aprea Therapeutics, Inc. reported 2025 results and clinical progress in its oncology pipeline. In the Phase 1 APR-1051 study, two patients with PPP2R1A-mutated endometrial cancers had preliminary, unconfirmed partial responses, each with a 50% target-lesion reduction at first imaging, at 150 mg and 220 mg. As of March 2, 2026, enrollment was in cohort 8 at 220 mg once daily.
Aprea determined ATRN-119’s recommended Phase 2 dose at 1,100 mg once daily. It paused further enrollment in both once- and twice-daily monotherapy arms and began an orderly wind-down of certain trial-site activities while exploring combination approaches.
2025 grant revenue was $285,759, versus $1,502,581 in 2024; research and development expense was $7,043,035 and net loss was $12,599,569. Cash and cash equivalents were $14.6 million as of December 31, 2025, and the January 2026 private placement generated approximately $5.6 million gross. The MD&A estimates resources would fund projected expenses into the first quarter of 2027, while Note 1 says they will not cover needs through at least 12 months from issuance; Aprea concluded substantial doubt exists about its ability to continue as a going concern and is seeking additional equity financing.
