Every 10-Q that Aptiv Plc (APTV) has filed with the SEC in the last 24 months is listed below, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A 10-Q covers the quarterly report filed between annual reports, so if you follow APTV and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full APTV filings page.
Aptiv PLC reported modest sales growth and stronger continuing profits while completing the spin-off of its Electrical Distribution Systems business into Versigent PLC. Net sales from continuing operations were $3,274 million for the quarter and $6,306 million for the first half of 2026. Income from continuing operations rose to $297 million in the quarter and $425 million year-to-date, with diluted EPS from continuing operations of $1.40 and $2.01, compared with $1.21 and $0.55 a year earlier.
Total net income fell in the quarter to $247 million from $397 million, driven by a $50 million loss from discontinued operations related to the Versigent spin-off. The separation was executed via a pro rata distribution of one Versigent share for every three Aptiv shares, and Versigent’s historical results are now presented as discontinued operations.
Cash flow and the balance sheet shifted significantly. Net cash provided by operating activities from continuing operations declined to $82 million in the first half from $531 million, reflecting working-capital outflows. Total assets decreased to $17,996 million and total debt to $5,354 million, as Aptiv used an approximately $1.9 billion cash distribution from Versigent to redeem the entire 4.650% Senior Notes and $1,446 million aggregate principal amount of other senior notes pursuant to a tender offer. Shareholders’ equity was $8,753 million, with 207,633,331 ordinary shares outstanding as of July 31, 2026.
Aptiv PLC reported a strong turnaround for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, and completed the spin-off of its Electrical Distribution Systems business into Versigent PLC. Net sales rose to $5,086 million from $4,825 million, while net income attributable to Aptiv improved to $189 million from a loss of $11 million a year earlier, driving diluted EPS of $0.88.
Operating income declined to $378 million from $448 million, mainly due to higher restructuring charges of $62 million versus $37 million. Operating cash flow swung to an outflow of $143 million from an inflow of $273 million, as working capital absorbed cash and capital spending grew. Total assets increased to $25.2 billion, and total debt rose to $9.35 billion, partly reflecting spin-off related financing.
On April 1, 2026, Aptiv completed the Versigent spin-off, with Versigent raising about $2.1 billion of debt and paying Aptiv an initial cash distribution of approximately $1.9 billion. Aptiv used this cash to redeem its 4.650% senior notes and settle a tender offer for $1,446 million of various senior notes, reshaping its capital structure.
Aptiv PLC (APTV) reported Q3 2025 results showing higher sales but a net loss driven by a large non-cash charge. Net sales rose to $5,212 million from $4,854 million a year ago. A $648 million goodwill impairment and higher SG&A led to operating loss of $175 million and net loss attributable to Aptiv of $355 million, or $1.63 per share, versus earnings of $1.48 per share in Q3 2024.
For the first nine months, revenue reached $15,245 million (up from $14,806 million). Operating cash flow remained solid at $1,367 million, supporting cash and equivalents of $1,640 million at quarter end. Long-term debt was $7,613 million. Shareholders’ equity increased to $9,462 million, aided by foreign currency and hedge-related other comprehensive income.
The company reaffirmed its strategic shift: in Q1 2025 it realigned into three segments—Electrical Distribution Systems, Engineered Components Group, and Advanced Safety and User Experience—and plans to separate Electrical Distribution Systems into a new public company by March 31, 2026, subject to customary conditions. Ordinary shares outstanding were 216,079,411 as of October 24, 2025.
